We start with a few quiet minutes to settle in, breathe, and arrive in the moment before we begin walking. This helps create a sense of presence and steadiness from the start.
As we walk at your pace, we talk through what feels heavy, uncertain, or difficult to untangle. The movement often brings a sense of openness, making reflection feel more natural and less pressured.
By the end of the session, the aim is for you to feel lighter, more grounded, and more connected to what comes next. You do not need to have everything figured out. The focus is on creating movement, not pressure.
