
I’m Melis, a lifestyle and wellness coach and the founder of Coaching with Melis.
Walk & Talk Coaching grew out of both lived experience and a deep belief that movement can support emotional change.
Throughout my life, walking has been one of the ways I processed stress, loneliness, and periods of transition. But during one of the hardest chapters of my own life, I came to understand something more clearly: when someone feels deeply stuck, even the most basic supportive habits can feel far away. That realization shaped the work I do today.
My path here has not been linear. I have rebuilt my life more than once, lived across countries, raised two children, and begun again professionally in unexpected ways. After returning to Turkey, I became an English teacher and discovered how deeply I valued connection, growth, and helping others find their footing.
Later, I completed the Lifestyle & Wellness Coaching program through Harvard Medical School, which gave me the professional framework to support others with greater intention and depth.
Today, my work brings together both training and lived experience. I support women navigating life transitions and seeking a form of coaching that feels grounded, honest, and deeply human.
My goal is to offer a space where you can feel less alone, clearer, and better able to move forward in your own way.
