Walk & Talk Coaching is a one-to-one coaching experience that takes place outdoors, walking side by side. It combines meaningful conversation with movement to help you process what you are going through, reconnect with yourself, and begin moving forward with greater clarity.
This approach can be especially supportive if you are navigating a life transition, feeling emotionally heavy, overwhelmed, lonely, uncertain, or struggling to take the first step.
Walking often creates a different kind of openness, one that allows for reflection, calm, and a greater sense of ease. These sessions offer space to slow down, think clearly, and move forward at your own pace.
Walk & Talk Coaching grew out of both personal experience and a deep belief that movement can support emotional change.
Throughout my life, walking has been one of the ways I processed stress, loneliness, and periods of transition. But during one of the hardest chapters of my own life, I learned something important: when someone feels deeply stuck, even the simplest supportive habits can feel out of reach.
I also learned that movement can shift something. A simple walk does not solve everything, but it can soften emotional heaviness, clear mental fog, and create space for something new to emerge.
That understanding is at the heart of this work.
My work brings together training in Lifestyle & Wellness Coaching through Harvard Medical School with a grounded understanding of emotional and relationship patterns.
I offer coaching that is thoughtful, calm, and forward-moving. Rather than pushing for quick answers, I help you create the space to reflect more honestly, hear yourself more clearly, and move through what feels difficult with greater steadiness.
Our sessions take place outdoors in Orange County, where walking side by side creates a more natural and grounded space for reflection, clarity, and change.

Each session lasts 70 minutes and is designed to feel spacious, grounded, and gently forward-moving.
We begin by settling in. Then we walk side by side at your pace, creating room to reflect, process, and find clarity. By the end of the session, the goal is not to have everything perfectly figured out. It is to feel lighter, clearer, and more connected to your next step.
I am trained in Lifestyle & Wellness Coaching through Harvard Medical School. My work is also shaped by lived experience, years of navigating change, and a deep respect for the way movement can support emotional resilience and clarity.
